Overview
For over eight decades, the name Gerolymatos has been associated
with the health care and beauty business in Greece.
The Company's history dates back to 1923 when Nicholas Gerolymatos, father of
the late Panayotis Gerolymatos, opened a pharmacy in the
center of Athens.

Guided by the values and
philosophical convictions of the founder, the small family pharmacy
business that employed three people in 1923 has grown into a diversified
company with interests in a broad range of health and beauty businesses
in Greece and internationally. In 2008 the company employed 1,100
people.
In 2008 PNG Gerolymatos was acquired by Alapis
SA.
In 2009 PNG Gerolymatos was absorbed by Alapis
SA.
