The Company's corporate structure is comprised of
several legal entities. In addition to its various operating units and
support functions, PNG Gerolymatos S.A. is the holding company and
ultimate parent of the various subsidiaries in Greece and abroad.

Coty/Lancaster fragrances, Kanebo skin care products and La Prairie
Cosmetics in the Balkans.
